I agree everybody coming in the game talking bout how much weight they pushed and the way they talk, u would think they were Big Time Pushers, that's why I like Kendrick u don't hear him talking bout he was gang banger or a slinger; there is little to no uniqueness in Hip Hop.

People forgot how to be themselves and the market was only focused on what would sell. So a bunch of cash in crappy rappers came through, the art form got watered down and next thing you know you've got ex-strippers crying on songs because their original producer doesn't want to work with them no more like a jilted girlfriend while at the same time trying to represent like a G and big butt clique chicks making rap tracks over Eurodance beats. Then you got old heads talking about the roots of the culture but jumping on tracks with them. Nas has worked with The Game and Nick Minaj, Raekwon worked with Justin Bieber, Jay-Z going on tour with a guy who started off as a boyband member who has managed to earn a hood pass... when that shit is even possible, you know something has got fucked up.

Raekwon didn't work with Bieber. He sent the verse to Kanye and Kanye added that Lil fuck to the song. I agree with everything else you posted tho

I fuck with Nas but I really don't get what he means right now. The "fake" rappers, the ones who rap about living life like a 24/7 molly party with nothing but bad bitches, good weed and nice cars, rarely if ever make any impact outside of a single or two. The most successful rappers right now, like them or not, are all successful for simply being themselves. As much as niggas talk about how soft Drake is for singing he still singing. As much as people talk about how boring J. Cole is he's had two of the biggest singles of the year with Crooked Smile and Power Trip. As much as people hate Wale's emotional ass he debuted at #1 and has had probably his most successful year yet...all being themselves not some fake trumped up image of themselves.
