The same thing will happen every year: people will confuse "Hottest Rapper" with "Best Rapper."

I like this because it's hard to measure the "best" in rapping, but its a lot easier to measure how hot someone is. I'll have to wait to see who else is before him, but Luda should be on the list after dropping a #1 album (whether it is good or not), #1 singles and features. Luda is hot. Especially during the first quarter of the year.

MTV is usually on point with the list, though (besides the one year they didn't put Soulja Boy on there after not using there own hot rapper > best rapper formula).
