I can relate to this thread.. When I first left Detroit for the burbs I took that Detroit survival mentality with me.. I used to sit out on the back deck chilling but noid at the same time lol.. And driving up there gets on my nerves cause everyone is so damn slow and relaxed, guess I'm used to driving fast in the city.. But it's starting to sink in now..

Yes.Maywood,Harvey,Dolton,Calumet city and a few more are dominated by blaccs.I've seen just as much violence in maywood than I've seen on the westside them niggas be wilin out there

From what I remember only country club hills is safe and affluent Hazelcrest is decent.The rest of those cities I named are majority poor wit a few decent areas and aren't safe this poster named busayo got killed in dolton a couple of years ago

A lot of the south subs are nice, not just the ones right outside the city, hell naw lol. But Blue Island not that bad either. Also its less dense out ther as opposed to the city, density breeds crime
