Geneva is madd far, I use to have to go out to Carol Stream that 1st snowfall made an hour drive back to 3 1/2 to reach city limits. You find a gig out there? You could have stayed in the City and been at peace it just cost $$

I have a cousin like that he works at O'Hare lives in Bensenville he feels the city has too much negative energy. Granted O'Hare is the city too but he wont go past Mannheim. If I dont buy my next crib (house instead of another condo) on the Northside it will be Lincolnwood, Skokie or Niles no further for me.

That honestly sounds like the BEST thing about the burbs. The police are keeping the peace and keeping out the people who don't belong.

I wouldn't mind living closer to the city like Evanston or Lincolnwood. I worked in Northbrook a while back, there's nice houses/condos but all it is rich old jews and Chief Keef. lol
