the thing about that tho is some culture shit, as a black man theres a certain amount of pride you have to have and not be willing to compromise when you come up in a prominently black area

so in the work force we work the hardest but that pride keeps us most times from what we feel as brown nosing with the boss, as compared to what someone of another race or backround would view as puting their best foot forward with the boss, often times it can lead to being overlooked when it comes time for some to move up

What makes you think wealthy White Hispanics don't leave their country LOL....? Many well off White Hispanics have come here from Mexico, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and Argentinia to set up businesses here. I know because I've known many of them. You're right in the case of Spain, but otherwise well off Hispanics have come to America in droves, especially back in the 80s when the American economy was booming off real estate. One of my best friends from elementary school was Dominican, and he said his family was very proud of their Spaniard heritage. His father had connects to other well off Hispanics and created a milk truck business.

Dude this is so off. Alotta of them can't even trace their ancestry back 75-80 years . alotta of them moved From Europe to PR, DR Cuba, Argetina, Brazil a generation ago. To balance out the majority black & brown populations. The countries would give europeans incentives like gurantee homes, and jobs to just move there.
