so in the work force we work the hardest but that pride keeps us most times from what we feel as brown nosing with the boss, as compared to what someone of another race or backround would view as puting their best foot forward with the boss, often times it can lead to being overlooked when it comes time for some to move up
but at the same time, frail ass people of other backrounds become bosses and need to feel like their viewed as essential to others in the work place so they place more value in people making them feel that way than those that do the job to the top of performance
