ok joe you might want to really slow down. Death row and bad boy involved 2 of the biggest stars on 2 of the biggest labels during the epitome of hip hop. Nobody even knows who gibbs is.

I said today's, i dint say it was gonna be the same as it.

Ross is arguably the hottest rapper in the game right now, right?

It could definitely bring them publicity though, and they could benefit from that. Bring people's interest level towards them and it can make them bigger than they are, especially right now where nobody is beefing and it's a new game you feel me, i think people are hungry for that, they want to see some competition.

They wanted it w/ Drake and J. Cole, Drake and Big Sean, Good Music and Young Money, nah mean?

so this would be great for hip-hop if they can bring it to that level and gain people's attention. People love controversy it's a fact. If they bring it to that level and get the people involved they can sell more records.

I mean look at 50 and Ye, even though the so called lil "BEEF" was fabricated and everybody knew, they still brought in a lot of sales.

MMG > CTE.....Jeezy and Gibbs are the only dudes I bother listening to in CTE

I know what you mean, I only listen to both of them from CTE, the other niggaz are like the outlawz of the group and shit lol, but who knows man. If the beef actually pops off and we hear them they might actually be kinda nice, this is the type of shit they need. I constantly hear gibbs talking about slick pulla though.

2 groups of fake gangstas beefing is not good for hip hop in my opinion. Do we really need a beef to find good music? that's just an indictment of the fan base. Just like ross talking up lreayshawn is not good for hip hop. what's good for hip hop is some good music and us as fans buying what we feel is good music. it's good for discussion amongst fans but this diss is wack. it's better to read then it is listening to the song. Gibbs EP with Statik selektah was good for hip hop.

I'm all for this as long as it STAYS ON WAX.

P.S.

T/S, do not mention anything related to Biggie or Pac.......or the 90s in general, it'll attract the drones. You've been warned.....

Am I the only one that feels that Def Jam is setting this up to profit from both Ross and Jeezy? Not to say that Jizzle ain't beefing with Ross, but they are both signed and what better way for Def Jam to make a profit. I'm mean, great masterminds think like that.

So let me get this straight. Big vs Pac equates to Ross vs Jeezy in the grand scheme of things? This gotta be a joke.
