I am actually going to defend Wayne on this one for once. For what he was making (or what he was supposed to make but Stunna didn't pay him it all) the property was a great investment. Beachfront property in Miami will sell in any market. Michael Jordan's house was a rich nigga making a poor decision. That shit been on the market for years and has his name tied to it and can't sell. Why? Cause nobody living in cold Chiraq even the wealthy part of it. Your base of potential buyers is small as fuck.

50 Cent's crib in my home state of CT dumb nigga move. Nobody is buying that shit still and its costing him cause its fucking CT not much to do out here. The house is also about 90 mins without traffic 2 hours with traffic from the nyc border. Rich rich rich people live in house on the border so they can drive or take the train in quicker so most people with money would never consider it.

Miami property on land or next to the water generates an international market of rich buyers. If Wayne needed to sell that shit he could in a heartbeat pending how greedily he priced it.

Not 100% true. Yes he has hits but in vegas where hella stars are putting on big shows/club apperences Turf is saying the show didn't sell out so right there you are wrong. Likewise pending to city or time of year these club shows can be hit or miss with selling out. Many times yes wayne could sell out a club for 100 or 200 a head and he did that all 2015 for the most part. but after all the antics hes pulled on stage people might not wanna pay that.

Likewise depending on how far he falls off wayne may get to a point where he can't sell out every arena. He might be able to fill it up but not sell it out. These young kids love wayne but 5 10 years from now they will look at him as an old nigga and be more into the youngins.

Thirdly Wayne 2 years ago did not sell out a venue in Hartford with 30K including the lawn. You could buy tickets the day off and there were some empty seats in the corners according to people that went. That same venue cole and drake have sold out recently in the last 2 years. So he can get crowds and get fans to show up but selling out? Shit even Jay Z has empty seats at some smaller markets and hes one of the top grossing hip hop acts that tours.
