As for group, I know most people wouldn't consider "Makin' Trouble" a great album, but I loved it. And then The Geto Boys released "Grip It On The Other Level", which deffinately surpassed it.

And "locally speaking" - The Dayton Family's "What's On My Mind" and then "F.B.I.".
