Damn that was crazy buying a single song on CD. I had that make em say uggnhh, couldn't fathom having a CD in my car with one song and the instrumental on it.

It was normally the album version, radio edit, and instrumental...but P always gave 2 or 3 extra tracks from other NL artists

I had the I Got the Hook Up Single, it had the 3 standard tracks, a Sons of Funk Version (the instrumental with just their vocals, and an added SOF verse), and From What I was Told by Soulja Slim was the last track

I wanna say that was Slim's NL debut

With ALL these numbers rounded up ... and if hypothetically every single person on the label sold 500k (when most didn't even sell 250k) .. still under 50 million total. A more realistic number would be 35 million-ish.

Cham my nigga you what about singles tho....... singles count towards records sold, or at least they did up until 2008. I think that's what P means. Even if you don't include singles sales in this equation, the mere fact that there's niggas on that list named Mo B.Dick n/h & Lil Italy I've never heard of who got put on or at least touched gold is quite a feat - none that nobody has been able to duplicate... yet. Nigga had complete nobodies going gold & platinum. When a nigga as wack as Silkk The Shocker can post up platinum numbers you KNOW you got the GOAT HUSTLE GAME.

There is no way you listened to No Limit and not know who Mo B. Dick is...
