Fresh Prince by default since it had more cast members... but every cast member on both shows were funny... Fresh Prince just had more funny people..

Martin was the funnier show. Both shows have created some all time classic TV moments though. Carlton and Will Dancing to "Apache" and Martin getting his head swole up by Tommy Hearns come to mind

In my opinion, Fresh Prince of Bel Air was the better show. Both television shows had an abundant amount of Coonery, however the coonery on Martin was just too much at times. In addition Fresh Prince of Bel Air was more of a family show anyway, that delt with family issues.
