Actually jobber aura is a definite argument. Sure like I stated before Mags has jobbed but not at the extent that MM has. On paper Silver Surfer should beat just about anyone sub-abstract. But mofo has jobbed to everyone and their grandma LITERALLY...Silver Surfer has the cosmic equivalent of a glass jaw. Both Mags and MM are a bit more durable though and in theory MM should win but we all saw he was gushing blood out the ying yang when Dr. Polaris pulled his card. In fact Dr. Polaris said something about Martians have a very high iron count before he pwned him lol. If they both knew each other's powers and fight history beforehand then I'd say Mags would have even a bigger edge. No TP edge for MM regardless and Mags has also fucked up phasers before and his shield is tough as hell. If the shield is not up (doubtful) then MM would have to speed blitz from the get go. But seriously preboot, DC had MM as a gatekeeper status, if you want to prove how strong or cool your character is just throw Martian Manhunter to him, nobody cares about him. J'onn is the Frank Mir of comics. On paper he has all the tools and should win 8/10 fights but ends with getting clobbered.

Mags been jobbed out mostly in the 60's and 70's. Under Clarmont pen he was a beast. His sheilds have hardly ever been broken.

He is a perfect match up for MM.

MM has superspeed, tp, super strenghth and can phase and morph. He is the Marvel Equal of Vision. MM doesn't blast and Mags is immune to tp. Mags has shields up and is way more creative with his powers than Jonn Jonzz.

The fact that you know they are jobbing, means that they are stronger than portrayed. Thus you don't take said feats and fights into account and use the true version. That's the clear rules in comic debates catch up. And if you think Magneto can beat Surfer, Terrax, Darkseid, or even Apocalypse even in their jobbing phase than you know nothing. The only one he stands a chance against while jobbing is Apocalypse. Oh and he's much stronger than Vision physically, he's on the same level as planet moving, Superman. You've yet to describe Magneto's powers that can hurt MM cause he has none. He has no conceivable way to win.
