went from a 4-track w/a dj mixer/sampler, then the mpc-60II, then the sp-1200, then the mpc-3000 and an asr-10, and now I'm on FLstudio - I don't care if I never use hardware samplers/keyboards again!!!!

but he's kinda washed up right now

Well Maestro uses Reason, he's mentioned it, and said that the guy who won the Grammy for the "Blame It" beat, made that beat on Reason. DJ Khalil and DJ Toomp use Reason, The Bizness use Logic, they had put up videos showing themselves making the "Every Girl" and "My President" beats....9th Wonder and Boi 1 Da on FL I think....and probably plenty more i can't name or dont remember. The tools dont matter as much as whos using them.

I got FL studio on the Miko but i track nthru Hardware preamps.....----------------in R.Kelly voice.....its the best of both worlds!!!

I dumped nearly 20k in hardware over the last few years and now am 90% Ableton.
