NaS took almost 6 months to reply to Ether. Plus this is a mixtape diss, it's not like Luda is dropping a real LP and trying to promote it. He chose to get them when he wanted and he had the right cause they came at him sideways 1st.

What goes in 2001 doesn't go in 2011. if he REALLY had a problem, he would've released the song last year.

P.S. i'mma fan of all three artists, i wanna see how this "beef" develops

Because he's a likeable cat who rarely gets into situations like this. T.I. started shit with him, he responded. Big Sean and Drake mentioned him, he responded.

Who knew responding was worse than starting shit?

Luda deserved to be called out on that wack line.. just like drake and sean get called out for the wack shit they do on a daily basis...
its just hard to take serious a little over a year after the shit is said... when someone more popular than you right now puts out an album
he's better than that shit.. he hasn't totally fallen off yet but he acting like it

For real, fuck all the siding with Luda shit...

Dude copied...

Point. Blank. Period.

And coming from Luda, or Luva Luva as he was known

I expected some more shit...because Luda in his prime was a shark

He didn't need to bite off anybody's flow...he had his own ridiculous but on point flow

Then he did that shit?

So Drake and Big Sean did what hip hop has done for so long...challenged the biter...

You can't knock that...all this stat talk, who's making what...yall confusing the shit...

This is basic hip hop...I create a style, then a once prime god of the mic emcee who's now coming down in altitude copies my flow?

I'm saying something...shit is called being real or tough love...

Luda I expect you to go against the mold kid, not with it...when I heard those bars I couldn't believe it...

Drake never said he invented it either... he just used it as an example to say how luda used it in a wack way, which it was and which a bunch of other rappers and fans were saying anyway

He tried to group Luda into a category as if Luda was hopping on a band wagon fad and made a fool of himself. Yes, the lines were wack but it wasn't for them to speak on someone as talented and proven as Ludacris.

That's like Dwight Howard saying he was the first superstar big man and saying that Shaq's last season with the Celtics was wack.

What popular rapper said that Big Sean and Drake made a wack punchline? Link?

And Drake is more popular than Ludacris?

Luda was hopping on a bandwagon though...
and although he didn't invent it, Drake did make that shit considerably more popular after he did it on Forever

How the hell do you "challange the biter" when you're not even the inventor? Is this real?

Right now hell yes...

Sean too but at a lesser extent

Whether something is "considerably more popular" is subjective. I can pop in a ton if disc released after 2010, where not once was that style used. Fact is, if you didnt invent something you have no damn place calling anybody out if they happen to use it. Like how is niggas vouching for artist crying over other artist using shit that was around waaaaay before them?

The Fact is Drake nor Sean have the stripes to be dissing anyone's flow that's why Luda is justified to tapping them both. Wither or not the line is wack is not even the point. The point is 2 youngin's who haven't even done 3% of what Luda has trying to criticize his rhyming abilities on a flow that again wasn't even new. Also stop the "Sean was the 1st to use it over a whole verse". The fact is the style was done before, either 1 line or a few lines it was done before and it was nothing new.

Drake called Luda out from using it in a wack way.. which it was. And however wack a trend it was, drake did start the trend of using it even though he actually didn't invent the artform... which is possible. Like people bringing back certain shit and making it popular even though they weren't the actual originators. Like snapbacks coming back even though they weren't invented in 2011

And 09/10 everyone in the mainstream was using that shit

I'm a fan of all 3 artist also but nothing makes me more sick then seeing young rappers going at vets. Drake and Sean were way out of line for dissing the Luda line like either of them haven't dropped so garbage punchlines. Also "I'm going down Basement" is wacker than anything Luda said but that's Drake's label mate so he didn't notice that, SMH.

He hopped on a bandwagon by using a style of punchlines that he's used years earlier and rappers used damn near 2 decades ago?

I hate to be the one to argue popularity, but damn... There is no logical argument for what you're saying.

Ludacris had Fox News AND Opera pissed at him. By your own logic, Luda's more popular than both of them combined.

My logic is saying that right now Drake is more popular than Ludacris.. that's my argument
outside of this diss, drake is talked more about for his music, the dumb shit he do even down to his sweater fetish, and by other rappers either positively or negatively

Drake, Big Sean, & luda are not the first people to use that flow.....The question is which one reinvented and made it their own the dopest.

Drake is a clown, that benefits from being a Jew. Then runs around poppin off as if he has a superiority complex. In his imagination,he's delivering something SPECIAL to music. When really he's just a less talented, more assisted version of nelly.
