i would agree with ya but if you notice not signed artist is going to diss another rapper without trying to capitolize on it .... they all wait till they have thier projects about to drop and line it up ..... i think i only see one rapper do it in an off season ... and that was Fif ... and if u think about it that shit all apart of marketing strategy so i dont even know if u can look @ that as an off season ... it was more part of the regular schedule program ...... but outside of that rappers with publishing and ascap on deck ... yeah the play it a little smarter ...................
