recently what have they done? hell I even had the first DTP album...I'm a long time Ludacris fan...but this current mixtape=trash outside of 2 or 3 songs...his last album=trash...the biggest connection Luda has rapping right now is the fact that 2Chainz (Tity Boi) is getting a nice buzz going...but rap wise let's not act like people are waiting and clamoring for a new Ludacris album...Luda has made singles, but rarely have his albums stuck or had any sort of impact and as talented as he is it's a damn shame...I'd honestly put Luda on my personal list of biggest underachieving rappers

recently not much, but early on they did enough to not be considered a complete fail, i mean there are several rapper/label owners that have done worse(T.I.) personally i fuck wit the mixtape and his last album, now maybe his albums havent had as much impact as some would expect, but they were all good to me(except theater of the mind) not everybody can be nas or jay, let that mane be luda. and he gotta have some type of buzz, he one of few rappers still actually selling..

drake never said he invented it

can't tell the niggas who hate Drake that, even as they quote an interview where he says the exact same thing

because after 10 years, Luda has a built in fan base...but I know some long time Luda fans who HATED that last album...and who think this last mixtape is far below what he's capable of musically...I've heard him rap better, heard him spit with more passion....

Ludacris hasn't captured my attention with an album since Chicken & Beer though

So as a vet, he'd better come up with some banging new music and leave these new age cats alone

i pray to god drake fires back @ luda

Be careful what you ask God for.

Drake's diss to Aristo on "Good Riddance" was nice, but Drake wants no parts of the "Stomp" Luda

So bottom line of this thread is that some niggas will fight tooth and nail against logic and reality.

If Ludacris' label is a failure, then so is Roc-a-fella, Bad Boy, Young Money Deathrow, G-Unit, Def Jam, Maybach Music, Rawkus, Murder Inc, Shady, Aftermath, and every label in the history of rap because "although they had success, they aren't/weren't consistent".

Drake said what many others said about those lines..that Luda spit some wack shit...

But out of all the rappers spitting wack, he wants to call out Luda?

I agree with you that we criticize rappers for being subliminal, but I think Drake could've went at the wack rappers that need to be criticized.

Drake is the same person that gave props to Kreashawn and Soulja Boy, but has the nerve to criticize Luda!

Luda's last few efforts have been somewhat subpar, but he's done way more good than bad in his career

How funny would it be if Big Sean used to Supa Dupa flow to diss Luda XD

If Drake can start spiting like this:

it could get interesting

LOL this is when he was a French Canadian Yankee now he bamma.

no it's not... Drake was the one that spoke on Ludacris "copying his flow" and "doing a bad job" with his rendition of it; Sean never said one thing about Luda, Luda is definately responding to Drake since Drake directly spoke on him
