lmao, whats up fam, i used to live in harlesden, worked railway out of a depot in willesden, respect NW. Agree 100% on blade, bags and boxes 1 and financial times both classic but i was disappointed with bags n boxes 2..i dunno, it sounded overproduced and was lacking a little something. As far as im concerned though UK had trap/road rap on lock from about 07 - 2012, there was so much great music coming out and it was gritty as fk

you ever hear the blade vs fem tape? fems on some other shit now but that tape is 60 plus tracks of fire, i still listen to it regularly. I know americans struggle with the accent but bar for bar it goes up against any music of that kind ive ever heard, and they really were living that life

i see what your saying about 07 to 2012, but theirs still artists reppin hardbody, you should check out man like nines & skrapz, section boyz, stormzy, he does both hip hop & grime, youngs teflon & so on & so on, they still have bars
