Not many American high school players go abroad instead of going to school but there has been some. Brandon Jennings played in Europe and got drafted. Terrance Ferguson who got drafted by OKC this year played abroad. There are a few others that have done so in the past but most don't want to move to a foreign country and would rather do 1 and done.
