If you have ever had any dealing with the legal system, then you know this you get 95% of your bail money back. I'm sure dude could have made someone way more then 2 mill back by now im guessing. But he is a kid with one hit so idk for sure. Basically L.A Reid was saying he isn't worth the money. When you put up Bail Money you get it back once the court proceedings are done. The same with old girl in North Carolina that won the Power Ball or whatever she gets 95% of the money back she put up for dude because it's her money. If you got through a bail bondsmen you don't get the money the same as going throught the court. But even then you only need 10% of the bond.
