Won't happen. The Thunder will be like the new Spurs. The "Lebron/Kobe" type arguments will continue while the Thunder and Durant keep winning under the radar. Kobe will just be replaced with some other star player that is either not in the league yet or is up and coming now -- but has more hype and plays in a more high-profile city than Durant does.

When the Spurs/Duncan were beating the Lakers and winning championships, all people talked about was the beef between Kobe and Shaq. Hell, the Spurs have the best record in B-ball now and all y'all talk about is Kobe/Lebron. Perfect example.

He got a great game, but honesty, no player who'se played with him can say he's made them better, with the possible exception of Gasol.

LeBron turned Mo Williams to an all star, and took a whole franchise from shit to sugar.

My thing is, overall on the floor, LeBron brings more to the game with no only getting his, but setting up teammates and being involved in the game more (i.e. triple doubles) And at his 8th year in the league, he's accomplished EONS more on his own then Kobe.

tony parker was the fastest dude in the L when he won rings with the spurs

and bowen was a lockdown defender

5.Kobe has played his whole career for the most part with the goat head coach
6. Kobes entire run or dominance is overshadowed by Duncan, Nash, Lebron, Wade,etc. He was never the clear cut best player like MJ was during his run!
