I told y'all when it first dropped that it was a great album, but needed more hood songs/beats. There were a few songs that could have gotten close, but I think it was a big mistake to make King Kunta the lead single.

The lead song after the album dropped should have been You Ain't Gotta Lie, Hood Politics, or How Much a Dollar Cost. I would have even chosen them before Alright.

The 2nd half of U , just that small piece, has classic potential. That song would be potential 2nd best on the album if it was full (Momma is untouchable, a top 3 Kendrick song) , That beat switching shit is so wack smh
