I don't have a problem with Pap's response at all. I laughed at the so-called "harsh" lines and kept it movin. He did his thing and once again LYRICALLY one upped Kendrick on that particular song.

I mean, no one likes when out of towners talk about your city. You can say whatever you want when you're from there, but the minute someone else says sumin you like "Hold up bruh." And that's everyone's response. So for a visitor to claim KONY, I expect hip-hop heads from NY to take offense.

So what Pap threw a few personal attacks. If Kendrick lets some mediocre punch lines truly ruffle his feathers then he shouldn't have thrown his hat in that ring in the first place.

I still prefer Ortiz and Lu's response to be all the way fair though. But you hafta give Pap his for being the first cat to really go at Dot's neck.

Proving that lyrically, bar for bar he can take it to Kendricks level without fully dissing him! personally thats how i think Kendrick was calling rappers out. Control wasnt like "Fuck You, im better" it was more like "I got love for you, your good, but im still better than ALL of you", Which to be honest, he is! or he can at least claim it!

Papoose is a good rapper, but he's put himself in a bad position by going hard and showing any emotion to this. All Kendrick has to say now is something along the lines of "didnt your career end 10 years ago?" or "Your lame ass career has been over, and its not being resurrected over this!" and K.Dots won.
