As much as I like to support artists who make good music, I wouldn't blame people if they did this.

But I'm not surprised, 1. Top Dawg is always doing funny suspect shit when it comes to release dates.

2. Kendrick is an Interscope/Aftermath artist too, so they want to do their marketing shit too. So expect to see him on the breakfast club or other mainstream shows next week.

3. Until next Thursday night, expect to see Top Dawg himself tease people all week by doing dumb shit like showing little pieces of the album cover and tracklist.

Mentorship - originally Dre offered to for GKMC but Kendrick told him he wanted to prove himself to Dre before ever doing it. They asked him again on TPAB and he said he felt he wasn't truly there yet. I can't even knock it, unlike Dre's past artists who depended on him (Stat Quo, Bishop Lamont, etc.), Kendrick does it on his own. In due time he will use Dre beats.

And as stupid as niggas be on the IC, I'm sorry but a Kendrick/Dre produced album is instant classic. Get mad Reason, niggas will say Ross has classics but apparently a Dre produced album with Kendrick is gonna be wack. Only on the Reason SMMFH....

LOL its only @AggyAF who feels a Dr. Dre produced beat or album don't matter much in this present times...
