AI is an OLD and UNDERSIZED 2-guard in a league of YOUNG AND BIG 2-guards who are fast and game changers. I wouldn't start that nigga over Mike Conley either. Conley needs time on the floor to get better, just like CHAUNCEY BILLUPS needed all those years from 1997 to 2003 to become a big time PG in the league.

Iverson should've learned how to become a great POINT GUARD because his SHOOTING GUARD abilities died in the Detroit casinos and ATL clubs.

A.I. could come back to the league if he remains humble and WORKS HARD (practice) at getting back in shape he could make a difference on a contender as a sixth man. I still feel he should've humbled his self and came off the bench for a winner like Boston the year he went back to Philly.. I was happy as hell when he went back to the Sixers but he ended up shyting on them and left during the season on some AWOL shyt.. I remember last summer he said he would do whatever he had to but no1 offered him nothing smh.. I would've went crazy if the Heat had got him for the cheap last summer.. A.I. is my second favorite player ever, but nobody blackballed him. Hell, after Denver, I didn't think anyone would take him and three other teams signed him up. He didn't produce what they thought he would on any of those teams. Who is to blame for that? I'm not saying he did a whole lot wrong even though he didn't do much right either. However, let's be real. A.I. isn't the kind of player you can just plug on a team and make it right. You either have to have need of his exact style of play or you have to start with him and build around. No team has need of someone like A.I. right now and no team would build around him at his age.

 

AI has been that nigga to me since he was in a hoyas uniform but to be honest he played himself .... did the nba sit back and purposely watch him play himself .. YES .

think about the teams in the NBA

majority of top teams in the nba,(example the lakers Boston Celtics etc ) wouldn't have no room for A.I...... and even if they did it would be on the bench, somewhere Allen Iverson made it known that he wouldn't be comfortable doing.....

majority of shitty teams in the Nba (example clippers ,jazz indiana etc) are going in a direction for the future, where there teams consist of Young Players who the coachers are trying to give them a chance to prove themselves.....

A.I couldn't handle coming off the bench even though it was gonna be for a short period of time.....

he bails, and luckily his former team decides to welcome him back with open arms... and what does Allen Iverson does
he plays for a short while, and than takes a break n leaves the team....

True... Craig actually got blackballed from the League via Jordan... Hodges would always be telling the team that they had the ability to make changes in the Black community and Africa... MJ told Hodges, "Craig, get the f*** outta my face with that Black shit".
