Lyga has connections in the industry that keep him from truly coLLapsing. think about it he was featured on that Loyal joint by Bhris Brown. Wayne wasn't a good mentor to him because he was doing too many things and had too many artists signed. Kanye actually has time to groom him properly, Tyga just has to save his public image and he can have a career people actually take serious.

wayne was a good mentor he pushed tyga just enough where it wasn't as if he was just Wayne's sidekick.after drake and nicki tyga was right there as far as being "next up"

The fan of a fan mixtape with Chris brown was a good move he was able to craft some hits on his own (rack city, lap dance) I think he just fell too far into the strip club song trends and as a fan lost me and of course the L's didn't help his cause

And purists can hate but Migos are dope and they put numbers on the boards, that's a business decision more than anything. No one is expecting a great album out of them but you know they can fill venues and drop hits. Kanye managing them is Jay's influence and Kanye's ability to learn how to do that properly.
