Dont see the L here or why he thru out the $ figure ...i mean i imagine thats the running rate for a movie role of that type

Also, i mean...he WAS too big for the role at the time. Hindsight always 20/20

This is only percieved as an L bc he went to jail and had IRS problems, but jail,irs, and 50 ruined him, not passing on this role

This was back when Ja was on top the rap game. 500K would not have been a lot to him word to Dame Dash. It was probably pennies compared to what he was making then.

Non of us would have guessed it would turn out to be a huge franchise. It was borderline straight to DVD status when they released Tokyo Drift I thought it was a wrap. I don't believe anyone that says they knew it would be this big. Ja did nothing wrong by turning it down. That's like saying Will Smith was stupid for turning down the role of Neo in the Matrix. He didn't know it would be huge. Shit like this happens all the time.

Man I spent actual US Currency on this turd of a movie at the theater. I'm mad all over again just lookin at the poster.

I waited for it to come out on video to rent it for free and I was still mad lol.
