From listening to the album snippets this is what i take away.

1. There doesn't sound like there is any Timbaland, Mustard, Pharrell, or Hit-Boy production.

2. Most of the beats sound like his or producers similar to his style.

3. This album is more in the lines of The Warm up

4. Doesn't sound like there is a hit record record on it. Maybe a Tale of two cities.

5. It sounds easily better than Sideline Story and Born Sinner.

Damn nigga you got all that from 30 second snippets lol

I can usually tell if a song is good from the first 10 seconds and by the beat.

You never played a song and instantly knew the beat was wack. I knew Nas "Zone Out'' was was instantly. lol

You never know from 10 seconds tho.

It could be a bridge, you ain't heard the hook, the beat could switch up.

you can't even determine what the song is about from 10 seconds.

Big Krit- American Rapstar

An A&R once told me "you can determine the worth of a song within 15 seconds of it playing"

With complete and utter lack of the fact that it takes takes all 3 minutes and 40seconds of a song

To comprehend what I'm sayin'

It ain't a single if it don't fly

It ain't a hit if it don't ride

Now he couldn't tell me the components of a smash but the ringtones were their all time high

And a rappers only as big as his chain, the flashier the better

This album will be a defining moment in Cole's career. Based off the tracklist he probably made this album for himself. Something most artists can't do nowadays due to label issues. I think more rappers should do what Cole is doing. By not having a single my curiosity And anticipation has increased. IMO 2014 Forest Hills Drive will be his highest selling album.

People have physical copies, should leak today. Wet Dreamz i heard a while back, its vintage Cole, sounds like Warm Up era. This album about to be fire.
