DUmbest shit posted, have the dude that's suppose to be your career rival on your first single and worst yet, cast yourself as a simp rapper like Drake. That would be a stupid ass move career wise, dude lane is the anti-Drake imo.

i disagree... Jay Z having Biggie in the Dead Presidents video and Nas on the hook didnt effect him.... and at the time they were his rivals

im not saying Drake is Biggie or Nas but puting someone that is hot(n/h) is not career suicide to me

what he do to the nigerian

i remember on the intro to his CD Wale was saying that he ask Kanye for help and im guessing Kanye didnt respond back....

im sure when Cole or Wale blow up Kanye will be the first to try to give them props and do music with them...

sorta like how Jay did Wayne

and i cant blame Kanye... it is kinda disrepectful to use his songs and try to be him and not even have a friendship with him.... its one thing to be influenced by a person and its another to just swagger jack him... word to game

Biggie was never Jay-z rival and never contrasted each other, they were more similar than different. As for the Nas hook, not the same shit as a feature

when you have more excuses and uncertainity about your next move its time to focus on a new career or at least a new venture. this roc nation shit aint working. this video was nothing but self gratification with nothing but "me me me, i i i, to start every fucking sentence. he need to put his ego in check and get focused on making some dope music instead of trying so hard to be different. that tells me right there he just an average run of the mill rapper trying to find a gimmick. roc nation and doing shit for him. no promotion no nothing this nigga dont even know the name to his next single what kind of bush league shit is that. that album aint coming out on 9/27 this was basically a prelude to the excuse thats coming soon.

rap is a competitive sport... thats why people say that Jay and Bigg was going at each other on Brooklyn's Finest... If you read Jay Zs Decoded book Jay was basically saying that even though they were laughing and joking they are still rivals and to not let one of them catch the other slippin or the other will get him

Lmao, I'd pay my next month's paycheck to see Tompetrez do a ten minute interview with Jay-Z and Cole

I wonder how Jay feels when he suggested that Cole put the song without a hook out for a single instead of Workout and Cole decided to put Workout out anyways... Jay and im guessing his fans knew that Workout shouldnt have been the first single but Cole did what he wanted to do... does Cole have a team because if so he needs to fire all of them...

thats like Kanye puting out Workout Plan before Through the Wire... CD wouldve flop prob

co-sign. What it really sounded like was that jay thought the other song fit him more as an artist and played to his strengths. Work out obviously didn't
