I doesn't matter if he announces his album title, it means nothing in the long run, it's not gonna make the album better and it's not gonna expedite the album making process. Maybe he doesn't want to release the title, because maybe he isn't certain about which name he wants to pick yet until the last minute, imagine that.

Oh really, because a couple of months back it was schedule for April and i'm more than positive May 3 won't be his release date when it's all said and done.
