they enlisted black nationalist groups in the US to try and convince american blacks that japan was the home of racial freedom

the FBI arrested a whole bunch of black leaders in connection to the Japanese mafia, including Elijah Muhammad

shit was funny, old Elijah was telling people that Japense fascists were the future
