I'm 32 years old and this guy has been one of my idols since I was about 13. I've grown up on his music. His music has helped me through some hard times. I do know this, and this is from a credible source - that sealed federal warrant has to do with these cases. It has nothing to do with Scarface being a government informant, or Lil Troy, or any of that old bullshit. And I'm not so sure he's sitting in jail over money. When you miss a court date, they put out a fta (failure to appear) warrant with no bond. That means you will not have a bond until you go to court and the judge reinstates the bond. So, if he's got 3 or 4 fta's, in different cities, it could take a while just to get all the bonds reinstated so he can be bailed out. And I know he owes a lot of money, but if he doesn't have that kind of money, or assets, something is terribly wrong. The man has had several gold and platinum albums, solo and as a member of GB. He was the president of Def Jam South for almost 3 years. He's made money off of endorsements and shit like being on that Def Jam Vendetta video game. Face is the author of his actions and should have been more responsible. If like you he is aware of the plight of successful black men as relates to "gold digging hoes" then he should have taken greater precautions. His current predicament is a direct result of HIS own inability to act like a responsible adult.

I agree and understand the man is only human and should be held accountable for his actions. But his plight as it relates to gold-digging hoes has way more to do with success than the fact that he's black. That has absolutely nothing to do with it. Iv actually met alotta dudes that were arrested on C/S. Iv actually never heard of a case as severe as this one. They dont usually let it get this high. Their usually on it after the first few missed payments. It could be some other shit involved but it sounds like he pretty much fuked hisself up.
