So she found out that her exhaust has a hole in it. She's convinced it's going to cause her to get carbon monoxide poisoning. Unsafe maybe, but she can drive with the windows up. Inconvenient, but gives you time to find a nice deal on a car.

She found out Monday evening about the leak, found a car Monday night, had them run her credit Monday night, and bought it Tuesday evening. She looked at ONE CAR! I told her to look around, etc, etc. Wouldn't listen. Went to the dealership with her(Carmax) she asked me my opinion and I told her I wouldn't take the car she got mad. She fuckin' had the dealer leave the room so "we could talk" then she basically had me decide on a warranty for her. Seriously mane, I can never build a life with someone like this(which is where she thinks this is headed). She's impulsive, and wouldn't listen to reason. When it's all said and done, she's gonna pay 15000 for a car that's worth 8500 tops.

Unless her inspection was coming up due and you live in a place with strict emissions laws, she could have had time to save up for the repair. SHE WON'T EVEN TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC TO LOOK AT IT! Bruh, she already had to take it in to Carmax to replace the brakes. It's just like...c'mon man.

She seems pretty hard headed and she isn't being wise about it at all. This is a car you're talking about, not a by-the-counter impulse purchase of gum.
Have you tried sitting her down and putting her onto how you feel about the entire way she went about handling things, not just the car itself? Why did she ask for your help if she was just going to completely disregard it?

Like the poster above me mentioned, I don't think you should just cut her off but it's understandable how her actions and disregard for your input and advice which she asked you for is concerning. How can you not question how her choices and decision making will affect your future together. It's not even just about the car anymore.
