One of my favorites of all time, is actually a modern-day remake. "The Hills have Eyes"

The casting was good, actors all believable, every scene was intense

I watch this all the time, and its always just like watching it for the first time again.

yeah,The Hills Have Eyes remake was dope

The horror genre is dead. Fuck remakes, its 2010 and we are out of ideas already?

I totally agree. Horror movies are just comedies these days. I doubt I'll see another one unless a chick pays for it.

to me yes and no. to me some of these flicks are more disterbing than scary. when the texas chainsaw masacre remake came out me and my homie walked outta the theater trippin like that was some distibing shit. now i like that remake alot and tend to favor movies like this and japanes flicks but most of these movies are like what they call"torture porn"and are just lame. i almost have given up on this genre and its my most fav genre. i just hope the new elm st. joint doenst fail.i agree with one of the post about how most of these movies are comdies now days and its the truth they're laughable.

yeah, and it pretty much took place during the day time, something different.

Have you seen "High Tension"? It's by the same director of "The Hills Have Eyes"

In response to your other post...Italian Horror films are crazy! smh...I haven't seen that many

But I know someone with an Italian horror collection. NOBODY does Zombies like the Italians!

check out "Zombi 2"
