But Im not white...nor does it negate the fact Ross is avg mc to me. So only black folks like or are capable of liking Ross is what you saying?

I didnt say you were white, I said you have WHITE SKIN and your top 5 has white-skinned Latino rappers and white boys.

Maybe its a coincidence ;)

And blacks don't go to arena concerts too??? The majority of Ross' performances are done in BLACK CLUBS because his music is geared towards that demographic. Sales are really irrelevant to this argument because no matter whose buying it, ITS MADE FOR BLACK PPL. That's the FACT that you cannot dispute. How come Em isn't performing in South Beach on Memorial Day weekend?? Do you think the demographic in that video I just posted would be receptive of Love the Way You lie?

No they wouldnt be... imo that the major reason another I feel is Em or Jay and Kanye usually outsell everyone the need to tour or rock spots to make money isnt as high for person who sells multi plat as rappers who push gold for example that home and home shit Em and Jay did made alot of money on just 4 shows how many memorial day like spots does someone gotta rock to see the amount of bread the home and home show did?

But then i can show you concert footage of Eminem's tours like Anger Managment with blacks in the crowd but then you just gonna say oh well that was just 1 concert

Or a i can show you footage of blacks going crazy excited at Eminem's Not Afraid Video shoot in Jersey but you just gonna say oh well that was just once

Or i can show you Facebook pages of young black males and females that have put Eminem as someone they listen to in the what you listen to section on Facebook but you just gonna say oh well that's just a few people

I can show you an interview where they ask the crowd on The Up In Smoke Tour from 2000 what Artists they came to see specially and 2 black females said Eminem but you just gonna say oh well that's just a few females

So really you just gonna ignore certain things and see what you wanna see cos it suits you

Just saying

NO I dont..but i do wonder how many of that demo went to the stores and actually copped the album. I recall someone sayng ( believe it was Jadakiss in a documentary) that once your soundscan is pass 100-200k the rest of sales is all white folks idk how accurate that statement was.

Your top 5 consists of more white and Latino rappers than it does African-American rappers.

Its the truth dont be ashamed that your Top 5 consists of rappers that share your skin-color.

Exactly that statement really can't be proven, but what we can logically deduce is that no matter whose buying it the music is geared towards Urban Blacks......would u agree?

Yes it is... but for arguements sake NWA demo was urban blacks but it white folks who sold out the shows they admitted to being surprised seeing all the white folks in the audience due to the content of the music.

It's been re searched though so don't be so naive to say it can't be proven

Saying Rick Ross Music is geared to blacks is you having a slave mind and thinking all blacks are drug dealers and that no whites are drug dealers

What is wrong with you dude?

Alright now we're on the right track. Now the point I'm making with this thread is that while most other mainstream rappers are SPECIFICALLY targeting a white POP audience with their music, Ross is taking a chance by depending on the formula that HIS PPL appreciate in their music. When I say Ross TRUSTS black folk for support, I mean that he believes that he will get enough of us to come out and support so he doesn't have to go run and get an Em or Skylar Grey feat. We can debate all day about whose buying his music, in reality none us can prove who does, but the fact that Ross is willing to put street records on his albums shows that he believes in his ppl enough to keep giving them what they want. Basically Ross caters to his demographic even though in some ppls eyes it may not be financially lucrative to do so.
