He didn't say anything special.... and the last one Biggie was on the hook... how ironic.

Ross has a templet that Biggie left behind Biggie didn't have one he created one. The only heavy set rapper was Heavy D and he was jumping around Dancing so he didn't get his style from him at all. And my thoughts is even if u are inspired by someone u should atleast put ur spin on it and make it better shit u had a jump start.

Best verse of 2010?? u don't listen to other artist do u?

I listen to all kinds of hiphop, hell I post on this site everyday. Miss me with that shit I know wats been put out this year and I stand by my comment that the verse from On the Run is the best one this year.

they need choice D) Helllmuthafuckin nooooo. When biggie left bad boy it was a huge loss if ross left def jam it wouldnt make much of a diffrence. When biggie died people used his samples and unreleased stuff in everything and if ross passed away nobody would hardly used his verses. That new verse someone posted from 2010 sounds like a pac wannabe nothing like biggie. biggie kept it real in his songs never had credibility questions and their is proof in the state records that ross was a CO and he still is LYING about it. Someone add choice D0 HELLMUTHAFUCKIN NOOOOO lol

LMAO @ This still being debated about.

Ross aint no Biggie.......and by the way, i wouldn't even put BIG in my Top 10.

But I tell ya now.......the people saying Ross is the new BIG or can replace him and/or fill the void Big left, please please stop listenin to hip hop.

I think Ross is dope and i think BIG is over-rated BUT Biggie could rap circles around Ross, in every fuckin sense of the word "rap".

he's nowhere near big

but subject matter, size, and all that other shit

i mean

don't try to change my opinion or belittle me for having one that differs from yours

When Big put out his first single Juicy, me and the fellas was like ehhhhh? When we flipped it over to the B side and heard Unbelievable we all to the letter and everybody who heard it said "this is the Next great one".I talk to many and they said the same thing. He hadn't even released an album yet. No one ever said that about Rick Ross.

Seriously, the only one I ever heard with that type of respect from fans and industry alike before they released an album was Nas.

Biggie hands down had the illest flow/voice combination ever. Slow loping track, R& B joint, Uptempo, Menacing synths, it didn't matter he bodied it. Rick Ross is one dimensional.

Seriously, Who Shot ya? Listen to that one time and you will see the comparison to Ross is lung clearing laughable.

co sign the bold thats why ross cant be compaired to biggie flow wise cause he does the same thing every time. I dont understand why people keep acting like his verse on inkredible is so revolutionary its the same style and flow and subject matter as his past 3 albums he never switches up his delivery

While rick ross is a great rapper in his own right, he can never be as good as biggie was nor replace him

Just like Joell Ortiz can never be as good as pun was, even though joell ortiz is a great rapper in his own right

Co-sign this thread. No surprise the Biggie stans are out in full force to defend their bogus idol yet again. The truth is, Ross is not only by far the better emcce... but he's also had a much bigger impact on hip-hop than Biggie ever had. The catholic schoolboy didn't change anything.

LOL, so the guy that has only sold 1.5 Million albums has had more Impact on Hip Hop than the guy that sold 30 Million?. Big's singles sold 6.5 Milion so his singles have had more impact in Hip Hop than Ross albums. What Rick Ross Album changed Hip Hop cause Big is one of the few artist in rap history to have back to back game changing Classic Albums. What makes Ross the Better Emcee when nobody has him in their Top 5 and Big is in almost everyones fans, rappers and producers Top 5?. To say Ross has had a Bigger Impact than Biggie shows your lack of knowledge on the game. Opinions are opinions but saying Ross has had more Impact than Biggie is just dumb and ignorant, sorry if your feelings are hurt but it's the truth, you lost points with that statement. Ross isn't even the most successful out his own state.

Rick Ross Featuring Neyo -Super High

Sick song right here. That's what I hate about Ross, his production is always on point but he just doesn't show any diversity emcee wise. His flow just sounds the same on every song. LOL @ him using Biggie's adlibs now. With that said, this song is the shit, as soon as I heard it I was like "Damn this is some cruising at night time music right here".

"You can find me in the Guinness Book" - Rick Ross

ah no? You must be thinking of Biggie since he has 3 records in the Guinness Book and Ross has Zero.

*Highest Debut Charting Single in Rap History (One More Chance) (Tied the Beatles and Michael Jackson for highest debut charting single at the time)

*Most #1 singles posthumously

*Highest Selling Hardcore Rap Album in History

Ross is the only Rapper in history with diehard haters who still bump his shit. It's almost like y'all are afraid to admit u like his music. Most commonly used phrase by a Ross hater......"I like the song but I don't fuck wit Ross".....niggas like u are an interesting breed.

Beats make the song, Lyrics make the rapper....and biggie had both, so no, Rick is not the new biggie of today.
