outside of Grant Hill, you can throw Duke in there too

That's still one player. And on top of that Kyrie is growing into something big on his own. Maybe not superstar but his NBA finals performance was better than any Kentucky player in the NBA finals.

Kyrie win-loss record pre-LBJ and when LBJ don't play is atrocious

Why is this relevant?

Superstar good teams win games

I agree

Without LBJ the cavs are not a playoff team.

Which brings me back to my point. Superstars wins games.

not a superstar if he was those post jordan era celtics teams would have won a title. Good but not a star.

That post wasn't serious

In a forum of both trollers and emotional delusional die hard fans it is hard to distinguish sarcasm from serious comments lol.

I remember a cat on FB arguing me down about this.

Kyrie would be just another run of the mill guy putting up good numbers on a bad team if LeBron had not come back to town.

Nice little player and a damn good second option but he ain't carrying no team on his back.

Stop nigga nobody knows who those niggas were on a broad basis based on what they did in the NBA. Issel played in the ABA till the merger and has no legendary NBA stats there. Hagan isn't a household name outside of maybe Kentucky. This bitch still open B.

Who cares if they are household names they are hall of famers and were superstars in their time, most of these dudes don't know shit about the NBA pre Allen Iverson but the league been around since 46 and there's been plenty of great players to come out of Kentucky since then, now close this stupid thread

Yes the league has been around since 46' but those players were not NBA legends period. Yes they were hall of fame players but nobody puts them in the same category as Wilt or Russel or Kareem or Pistol Pete. You could write about the 50's and 60's and 70's NBA without mentioning those 2 cats (pun intended).
