Definitely. Jay-Z is a top 5 of all time talent, Kanye isn't even top 20 if we're judging him purely as a rapper, there is no excuse for Kanye to be outspitting Jay on ANYTHING. Lately, it's become a regular thing for Kanye to embarass him on tracks, Jay might need to hang it up.
