I think he is playing on a higher level right now than Favre ever has, but Favre is a first ballot HOF... Rodgers has a few more years before he gets that notion. IMO at least.

He looks to be but it seems the media are prisoners of the moment.... 3 great years does not = Farves career yet and I hate Farve. Its an insult to him. Let Rodgers have at 10-15 year career first. He could get hurt, he could fall off, his team could get worser as he gets older etc... He could have 2 bad years in a row and then another qb like Newton or Stafford could have two great years and the media would change their tune....

Yea he's already better.....More accurate, better decision maker by far, arm strength is equal but Rodgers maintains it on the run better than Favre....Not to mention he already has the same number of rings as Favre and he's not near done yet..Now whether he keeps it up at this level through the duration of his career remains to be seen, but it looks likely.....I've said numerous times I think he'll be the best QB ever..It's not an insult to any QB to say Rodgers is better he's that good...Once he does this longer he'll get that respect.....

Agreed. Rodgers is just a better QB than Favre in every facet of the game. Whether thats today or even if dies tomorrow....his skill set as a QB is far better than Favre's ever was.

I feel u. they do the same shit with wr... Steve Smith is teh same player he was in 03 yet he had fll off lol.... Manning was the greatest ever then it was Brady, Then Breese, now they are on Rodgers.... Next it will be Rivers when he finally has playoff success. Let these guy finish out their career before u put them on these pedastals... Hell until he has longevity Rodgers isnt better that Warren Moon. who is top 3 in my eyes

Idk what it is about our culture they heap undue praise and accolades without having someone earn them.. granted he won a superbowl but let his career play out..let his resume build.. being the employee of the month for 3 months in a row doesnt make one a better employee than someone who has 20 years of experience

I'm not talking about career, right now he's better then favre EVER was at any point in his career. It's not hard to understand.
And favre played in the same league that arod does now....
And threw a bunch interceptions in critical moments
Accolades? He's got a SBMVP(favre doesn't) and is about to have a perfect season and a unanimous league MVP.
