LMAO, VF is actually considered the deepest fighter, its just REALY deep. theres no such thing as casual VF players. Theres only a handful of hardcore VF players too lol

lol I was a big virtua fighter fan, played the shit out of part 5 (2 on the DC)....it atcually is one of the best fighters out there but its a 'hardcore' game, you cant play it with your friends who never played that shit and still have fun cause its simply to hard to get into.....I use to kick a lot of CPU ass though lmao but if you stopped playing that shit for a week you forgot all the moves, shit was worse than homework.

nah judging from the gameplay vids I've seen it basically is the same as deception/the vs dc shit but than in 2D, I don't think it wel be a serious fighter(all the moves you see in the vids done by noob saibot are down,back X etc, very simple), it will be very fun though. The collesion detection/the way you hit your enemies etc seem very similair to the previous games.

Yeah, I saw. I thought people were tryna relegate Tekken to Dead or Alive status for a split second there. LOL I know the series is damn near allergic to change of any kind, but it's still pretty good.

...Yeah, that (the stiff character models) still looks to be a concern, but the fact that the game is based on 2, 3, & Ultimate (i.e. the best in the series, along with broken Trilogy) is a step in the right direction, at least. They did the same thing with Shaolin Monks, and that game turned out pretty well...
