Rick Ross career in a nutshell, what impact as this dude made, none. TI is the one who opened up the lane for these d boy rappers with Trap Musik and established that sound Ross is running with.

Dude stop fucking typing because you are making yourself look stupid. Low key legend, did this nigga just say this??????????????????? You do realize all ATCQ albums went platinum right, you do realize all Face's albums up until Emeritus went platinum or gold right, you do realize Too Short has nothing but platinum and gold albums, etc. Not to mention most of these niggas have atleast one 5 mic genre defining album right. You have no grounds as far as classics, album sales, longevity or influence to make the case for Ross.

At best Ross might be on Fat Joes level, and even then he still wasn't flowing like Joe during his Flow Joe days.

Get your dumbass out of here bruh...

PLEASE DO NOT START A HIP HOP DEBATE WITH ME...YOU WILL LOSE.

Too Short was the worst rapper to ever pick up a mic. If he's legend status...then people sound stupid scoffing at Ross.

ATCQ sold millions of records but, the casual fan DOESN'T KNOW THEM. That's why I called them & Too Short "lowkey legends". Hip Hop heads can show love & respect for UGK or Kool G Rap or Too Short or Big L but.........17 year old Mike from Omaha, Nebraska would have no fucking idea what "Pocket Full of Stones" was. 20 year old Lucy from Orange County, California would have no fucking idea what "Born to Mack" was. Because eventhough the Hip Hop Community considers them legends, the general population doesn't know them. In Contrast.........EVERYBODY knows who Biggie, Pac & Jay-Z are. But you'd be a dumbass to think they're the only legends. That's like saying The Rolling Stones are the only great rock band.

Fat Joe? SMH. You can't be serious. One of the criteria I said.........is actually making dope songs. Dope verses, dope hooks, dope beats. Not just Cory Gunz like spitting for 3 minutes. And yes....I've listened to DITC.

Calm yo self.

Not really... Being a Legend is bigger than Music so therefore if it's just Hot Music then i can say Joe Budden is a Legend, Styles P is a Legend, etc... That word has a meaning and if u just base it on who u LIKE as an Artist then it really means shit..... PPL love Micheal Jackson but his Music is a apart but not the ONLY reason he's a Legend.....

ok so tell me y cant ross become a legend in 5 years then.

and tell me how a nigga wit 3 wacc albums can be a legend over a nigga wit 4 good ones...

This has nothing to do with what I typed. This has nothing to do with his sales declining, him failing to release a single bigger than one from 2008 and people discussing his improvement as a lyricist. "A lot of people" could mean 10. People saying he "has the spot right now" is vague and does nothing to dispute my points. Mike Tyson? Do I even need to elaborate on that???

I have seen Swiizz, Kanye, Dj Drama, all say Ross is at the top of the game, and enjoy his music. I have seen other celebrities say what they have personally on right now is Rick ross, from Lebron to Mike Tyson to Kim Kardashian to me like 30-40. That in of itself doesnt say legend, just illustrating that other people share the opinion that he makes good music. I think you said nobody but his die hard fans think that, or something like that.

His sales have increased slightly since the last album, and he didnt have the decline of losing millions of sales like other artists.

Having three wack albums = opinion

Multiple multiplatinum albums, multiple real hit songs, one of the most anticipated albums in rap history, an album even his foes (Fat Joe, Game after the split, Joe Budden during their "beef", Jay-z after he received a few shots, Nas) consider classic worthy, Platinum and Gold underlings, successful sneaker and clothing line, a huge overseas fanbase = fact.

If you actually use your head, you'd realize this shit isn't Rocket Science..............
