I'll Never Reach My Full Potential Because I Cannot Regulate My Sleep Cycle

Avoid junk/processed foods/sugar/caffeine

Drink more water than anything else you drink (limit alcohol)

Avoid sleeping in on your off days

Be active during the day

Dont eat too late or use internet too late in the evening

Make yourself time to zone out and clear your head naturally somewhere quiet for 5 min each day (kinda like meditation but not)

Diet and stress or related mental disorders like depression and anxiety are probably the highest contributing factors to sleep problems

And whoever said you cant make up for lost sleep lied.

If I go 3 days on 5 hours sleep chances are within the next couple days my body will have a whole late-afternoon to next-morning sleep to make up for not getting 8 hours each day. Then I will feel reset and refreshed again.

Obviously you want to avoid going through that. Long term sleep deprivation has a lot of negative effects. Get your damn sleep stop fuckin around!

The weeks im well rested are always my happier, more productive with less effort, weeks.

Sheeeit when I got 2 of my wisdom teeth removed the dentist gave me some propofol before the extraction. The BEST 45 minutes of sleep I've EVER had in my life!!!

Felt like a gotdamn bear waking up from months of hibernation.

My broad sister picked me up from the dentist and I was wired up and happy as fuck!!!

I understand Mike on that one I could see myself getting addicted to that shit. Waking up every day ready to absolutely tackle the day. I'd be the most productive muthafucker ON EARTH.

Drunk and bored is a good way to catch sleep. A 24oz budweiser and a book always works for my sleeping problem.
 
Do not take sleep aids. You do not want to start fucking with shit that fucks with your sleep cycle or rhythm of your heart. Read about how Heath Ledger died.

Eat healthy, work out consistently, and don't eat after 7PM. Don't keep a tv in your bedroom and read a book before going to sleep.

you are supposed to control what you take..

its for help regulating not for abuse.

While reading a book before bed, I guess having the room light on doesn't affect you as much but if you're reading from any tablet, use the orange google glasses or have the screen black with white letters.

that's why you can't sleep. leave that shit alone. I was binge drinking pack after pack this weekend. I had about 8 -12 of them over a 2 day period. I got a serious case of the beer shits. that stuff gave me heartburn and had me shitting fire.
