I'll Never Reach My Full Potential Because I Cannot Regulate My Sleep Cycle

I have random insomnia. My body just naturally drifts to a nocturnal cycle. Even if I sleep I don't wake up refreshed. My anxiety manifest itself in my dreams and nightmares. Sleep supplements work for maybe a week and then it's problems. Exercise can backfire and increase insomnia. I could cut caffeine but I wouldn't get shit done.

Whoa is me. Lol.

The best sleeps I have are when I've stopped smoking the green for a while and my circadian rhythm gets back to 'normal'. I also noticed I sleep better in the winter months if I take in more vitamin D. And I do my very best not to eat or snack on anything past 7 pm, 8 the latest.

go to your doctor and ask for either ambien or eduluar.

stop doing shit after 8pm

take the tv out ya bedroom

no caffeine after like 6

get ya ass outta bed when you supposed to

and drink a cup of "sweet dreams" tea

i know or do this because of my flying schedule..

i can go across several time zones in a matter of two days and be fukked up for weeks and have to do it again

We naturally would sleep in intervals, now we have to get up and go to work by certain times, and conduct business at certain times....

This is why people get that mid day itis, and why people are usually sleepy in the late evening if a nap isn't taken at some point in the day, some people wake during the night or consider themselves "night owls"...

Get some Ambien

I only need to take half a pill and I'm knocked out for at least 6 -8 hrs

Women absorb Ambien faster than men so you may need the whole 10mg

It takes an everyday process of about 2 to 3 weeks str8, without any adjustments, to adjust your internal clock. The food you eat, the time of day you eat, how much you eat......all of that shit has to change.

I've been like that since a child. Nothing you can do but perhaps try some indica

I feel like it's all super personalized and you have to go through as many of the things in your life that could be affecting you and your sleep. All good ideas here, except meds(I despise pharmaceuticals) and tons more on the internet but all the advice can be overwhelming of where to start or what to look at in terms of what could be going on in your mind and body. You have to study yourself.

I have Ambien (both versions) and the shit rarely does anything for me.

I need to get some stronger shit.

edulaur bruh

shit goes under your tongue an right into your system. you out in like under 10 minutes

problem with ambein is it needs to go thru your system first...an if you ate too much before you took it..

its a wrap

an ambien is easy to fight...
