With Sandusky, you have someone who was caught in the act and had a system actively protecting him for over a decade. With MJ, you had a few parents claiming that their kids had been attacked over a period of several years and oh by the way most of those children recanted by the time they were old enough to speak for themselves.

Like I said, whether you believe MJ or not, the details are different here. Sandusky got busted doing his dirt. There was never any real proof that MJ committed those crimes.
