So basically, it's cool for the government/state to sell drugs to/pimp the black community but not for the black ppl who live in the community ? That logic is flawed & reality is america relies on drugs as well as crime to generate money [the privatization of prison/jails is proof]. The money they would generate by taking over those businesses won't go to helping out the community, it'll go toward their own agendas. At the same time, it's probably been said already - the ppl doing crimes are just pawns & if you don't have something better to offer, why should they listen to you ?
