How is it the TRUTH?

Why is killing wrong? Why is stealing wrong? Why is adultery wrong? Why is up, up? Why is down, down? Why is the earth, earth? Why is the sun, the sun? Why is the moon, the moon? Why is right, right? Why is left, left? WHY?

Because God said so. That's it. That's all. You either accept truth or you reject truth. There are no blurred lines, grey areas, are shadowy middles when it comes to truth. Either an egg is an egg or it isn't. Either a spade is a spade or it isn't. So you either believe God or you don't.

But No God has ever said anything.

Just random authors from 1000s of years ago said so. Mans understanding of life and the world has greatly improved since then. Some have seemed and found them to be wrong. If there are alternate answers to what you believe is the truth wouldn't it be provided by God? Didn't Jesus go against his original religion? He was a rebel and he didn't believe in all of Jewish religion. Right?

No, God speaks every day all day. You just aren't listening.

And there are no alternate answers for the truth. Either 2x2=4 or it doesn't. There aren't multiple answers for the the truth. You either told a lie or you didn't. You either hit your wife or you didn't. You either had sex with a woman or you didn't. Stop trying to turn black and white into a color collage. It just doesn't work that way when it comes to the Al-mighty. You either love Him or you hate Him. Your either with Him or your against Him. Do you know Him?

ur not gettin it. u make your own decisions. thats what free will is. if u sin u will face consequences. if u turn to God u will receive blessings. just because he knows whether or not u will sin at any given time does not mean u dont have the freedom to make the decision.

so like i was saying....if he knows the outcome and the fact that i will turn my life around then why am i being punished for my sins when the outcome will be that i turn my life over to him...thats why i asked about patience.

i know alot of people that did shit in they lives, even stabbed and killed people...but because they trun their life over to the lord ...does that wipe away all those sins? and if so then the game is fixed....because either i will pay for my sins of the past for the rest of my life and eternity after death....or i can just do what the hell ever then turn my life over to the lord and then im good becuase no one will go thru life with out at least one sin.....and a sin is a sin is a sin

because if the certain events in ur life that caused u to react to something didnt happen, then u wudnt react. God created the law, and since it applies to all existence then we are subject to it (blessings or consequences). God didnt map out ur life in the way He wanted u to go, u make ur own choices, and he already knows what those choices will be since he exists outside of time and therefore knows the past present and future. u still chose to sin, so the law he created which applies to u means u will suffer some kind of way or another because of it, and he already knows how the movie ends.

if they truly have repented then yes their sins are wiped away. that was the whole point of jesus' life/death/resurrection. if theyre on sum "oh ill just go ahead n do this sin real quick n pray later. God will keep forgivin me." no thats not how it works. u must truly want God to be part of ur life and if u really mean it, the closer u get to God the less u will want to sin and the easier it will be to repent.

the longer u go without God in ur heart, the more hardened ur heart will be. the less u will feel God even tho He is all around us. That means doin all that dirt all ur life u'll either a)not care about God in the end or b)care but not be strong enough to follow with ur heart

"Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness."
Ephesians 4:18-19, KJV

"Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:"
Hebrews 3:8, KJV

"But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;"
Romans 2:5, KJV
