Place 85% of the planned parenthood and other abortion clinics within the vicinity of these neighborhoods and encourage abortion over adoption to reduce birth rates. Lock up men for petty crimes in the prime of their life so that you can reduce birth rates, promote homosexuality to reduce birth rates, create HIV and inject people to reduce life span.

Yes it is logical if you understand their strategy. I don't say logical as if I agree or condone, but I must understand them,we must understand them in order to be victorious.

In order for the system to work it must have a permanent underclass to be exploited. Nothing more exploitable than someone of a different skin color whom scientists of the day toiled endlessly with pseudo science to claim inferiority.
