Its a respect thing, Islam preaches respect of all people and all faiths.

However, I have been approached in very rude ways by Anglicans or Protestant Christians and I had to control myself.

I believe in Issa or Jesus (A.S.) too, in my religion he is held in very high regard and he is a beloved Prophet of God.

But we view him as one person.

You view him as 3 people, brother.

It's called the God-head my friend. I don't believe in 3 different "Gods". I believe in 1 God who exists in 3 distinct personages. His God-head is what makes God, God.

Examples of the God head are found in man and in the universe we live in.

Man is made up of soul, body, and spirit and yet we are 1 person.
Man has emotion, will, and intellect. All 3 persons components make a person
The universe is comprised of time, space, and matter and the universe is 1.
The heavens consists of the 1st heaven-sky where birds fly, 2 heaven- where the stars are, and the 3rd heaven-where the throne of God is.

That's just a taste of how God has communicated the truth of Him to His creatures throughout the world.
