Created the account just now, goes by the handle @ICtwitta: https://twitter.com/ICtwitta

wasn't sure who all to follow atm, so right now it's just following Greg, Chuck, and AHH. haven't tweeted anything yet.

haven't picked an avi either, was gonna use the AHH sign, like the one on AHH's twitta account: https://twitter.com/allhiphopcom, but figured that might be a lil confusing...plus I want something a lil cooler. no diss

good idea making this a separate thread Stew. for y'all who are unfamiliar with Twitter, it's basically a persistent chat room; think msg board w/o no threads, no mods, with the ability to tell a random person/celeb/newsworthy figure, etc., what u really think about them. sometimes you would be the one starting a convo, other times you'll be commenting during the middle of a vast topic. sometimes you'll talk to yourself about shit that's goin on, and ppl going thru similar things will chime in. sometimes all the talk ain't about shit, sometimes erybody's tuned in to the same game, or the same tv show...it can get lit. sometimes erybody'll be downing the same person, for whatever reason.

with that said, this is a representation of AHH, so we've gotta keep it 100. if you're using this acct, and random joe pisses u off, sign off, sign into your own personal acct, and then do what u feel u gotta do.

Yeah I like @IllCommunity better.. the problem is that there's already an account under that name. But if it's inactive for a certain amount of years and its blank, Twitter lets you take it,

I like the idea of the banned avi being the twitcon lol.

Pretty much. And a lot of posters we've lost over the years have gone to Twitter so it's crazy why we didn't think to follow them before now. But when they start seeing links to discussions on the IC, they may be compelled to come back and join the conversation.

Stew and Cham are prolly aware of this already, so this is for the folks who are less familiar with twitter...a lot of the former IC posters clown the board a lot at times. for example, they'll proudly broadcast themselves as "IC Twitter" today, and then a week later clown someone hard for suggesting actually posting on the IC itself.

I'm investigating right now. I know it's been done before for inactive/unused pages but from what I'm reading it's an easier process if the name or likeness of material on the page is of a trademark... so hopefully IllCommunity is trademarked.........

Agreed...but they outnumber "current ICers", on twitter, so...

Most ppl prefer either/or, for whatever reason...there's only a handful that I'm aware of who post on both simultaneously...I'm not condoning the behavior, just making sure erybody's aware
