My shit is going pretty good lately I am also finally trying harder to have a better diet, will post a picture sometime to get the bitches wet.

 
1 week of not eating meat (only fish) and i already feel much more lean and my energy has increased. I doubt i would ever go full vegan tho, adopting a plant based diet is dedication i just dont have lol. Plus im not trying to get any smaller n sickly lookin lol.

Lol, bruh, you already know I put in serious work at the gym. I'm just trying to get control of of this belly fat. If I do my usual 500 caloric burn cardio, I lose size, so I'm considering other techniques.

i supposed you can swing 80 lbs . You do the math.
