Looooool. Ive just witnessed somebody tearing his pectoral muscle doing side to side pushups with pushups bars. Its not that he wasnt strong. He wasnt that flexible.

Some advanced training style is not for us averages guys. Burning bridges is not wise.

 
Lol I know my limits bruh, I ain't out here trying to break records. I've been doing the same exercises for like 5 yrs is why I'm intrigued by the vid.
 
Something I really been working on lately is front squatting. So far I've hit 250 but don't really enjoy it got a front who loves it. Ill stay with traditional squats

Its more than 50% of my bodyweight. I have to increase my shoulders strengh.

So far im getting closer

88lbs pike pushups

70lbs jump pushups

88lbs side to side pushups

44 lbs weighted handstand pushups.

If i can get past that damn weight the final stage of my kettlebell journey will open its gate.

At november ill pass my level 1 instructor certification.
 


My form could be a little better but shit wasn't that easy with that damn bench, only thing I had to use. Feel the burn tho!

Currently changing office. Im happy to be able to lift, transport and take down easily 154 lbs boxes.

Thats about 95 % my weight !!
